Let the Backwoods Chubby do the dirty work.
As our smallest and most portable Backwoods Cooker, the Chubby also serves as one of our most versatile offerings in our cooker lineup. The Backwoods Smoker Chubby can easily be converted into a grill or a BBQ pit by simply removing the stainless water pan.

Party
Some call the Party the perfect cooker...and we humbly tend to agree!
The party unit is a great mix of size and portability, giving you the option to use this cooker in competition or for simple, backyard smoking. The height of the smoker will let you do a variety of meats. It features a removable water pan for easy cleaning.
G2 Party
This smoker has 6 heavy duty racks that are 23 inches deep, and it can also hold a full size steam table pan. It comes standard with a heat diverter, a fire and ash pan on rails for easy loading, and an ash pan that can slide out with the fire pan for easy cleaning. Thanks to the longer water and fire pans, you are able to get a longer burn time before you have to add water and charcoal to the smoker.

G2 Fat Boy
Three inches deeper to hold that full size steam pan. Deep enough to not have to trim your ribs and briskets. Heavier racks along with the new fire grate on rails introduced in our G2 Chubby and G2 Party. The bigger water pan and charcoal pan also give you a longer burn time before adding more water or charcoal.

The upgrades from the original Chubby include additional 6″ of smoker depth, heavy duty wire racks, a new large capacity fire box, and a bigger water pan. These additions are what our customers asked for-the capacity for larger cuts of meat and the ability to hold the full size steam pans. We also added the heat diverter as a standard feature.
Extended Party
The Extended Party adds a little more enjoyment and cooking capacity to your Backwoods Smoker cooking experience. The extra 3″ of depth gives you the room for larger pieces of meat and less hassle. It also has heavier wire racks to accommodate the heavier meats.
Fat Boy
This is the cooker that won the Jack Daniels Championship in 2007. The winner of that contest used ONE Fatboy for all 4 KCBS categories.
The Fatboy follows the tradition of the Backwoods Smoker line, being a versatile cooker that can be easily transported for competition and catering.
The Fatboy has a commercial fire pan which allows the ash to fall into the catch pan below it.
The Fatboy has four racks 19 1/2″ square which are spaced 4 1/4″ apart. It’s external dimensions are 27″ x 38″ x 24″. It has an excellent capacity and will deliver competition level performance.
